What to expect

We pride ourselves on a professional, high-quality service every time, so here’s what you can expect when you book a Full Circuit engineer:

1. Once you’ve booked and selected your appointment, we’ll call you to confirm the appointment and on the day when we’re en route
2. We’ll introduce ourselves on arrival and put on protective overshoes
3. Once on-site, we’ll explain the work to be carried out and check if you have any questions
4. We photograph the area of work before and after, taking into account how we may impact the area
5. To keep things clean, we lay dust sheets and coverings in the work area
6. We then carry out work and test thoroughly before finishing
7. At this point, we clear up after ourselves and vacuum the area to minimise inconvenience to you
8. We’ll upload our photos and begin an audit which we’ll ask you to sign, any certificates can then be sent to you to validate the work
